This is spring on a plate :)!
This dish does not only look pretty it also taste amazing. This dish can be served as a light wintery starter or as a main course.
The first time I ate this salad was at picnic in Paris. I love Fennel with its a sweet anise and licorice flavour. The oranges add freshness.
